Ready to apply? Please read the information on all of our adoption pages so you fully understand the policies and procedures.

Next step, download and fill out the adoption application. The application is in .pdf format. You can type your information directly into the fields. When you save, make sure to add your personal name to the filename.

You must completely fill out the application, in detail, to be considered as an adoptive “parront.”

There is a $25.00 adoption application fee. You can pay that fee through our PayPal account (click here). Make sure you indicate that your donation is for your adoption application. If you do not have a PayPal account, their website will let you donate as a “guest.” Or, you may mail a check payable to The Lily Sanctuary.

Email your application to our adoption coordinator (adoptions@lilysanctuary.org). Once received, she will review the application and contact you. Look for an email from her confirming receipt. She will provide the procedures to move to the next step.

Then you may be invited to visit the sanctuary, by appointment, to meet the birds available for adoption and spend time with them.
